ABOUT

Following a recommendation, Models Own approached TYC to create a unique retail kiosk that stood out from the crowd and firmly put Models Own on the retail map.

After several conceptual brainstorms the design evolved into a large-scale nail varnish bottle that was fully shop-able but at the same time was an iconic and beautiful structure in it's own right. Slicing the bottle across its length created natural walkways allowing customers to weave through the form whilst maintaining the essence of a 'bottleshop'. In each section there is a display of product that is easy to shop with inspirational graphics, suggestions and box sets.

The individual tiered and backlit displays are not only removable, making them completely flexible, they're also categorised to make them very easy to shop. The entire range of products fit on a single side of a gondola but because of the flexibility of the displays the range can easily adapt over time making the design future-proof for years to come.

The liquid pour was designed specifically to encourage people to sit on and share photos on social media, and such it is fabricated from fiberglass to make it resilient to high traffic.

An award winning kiosk design that launched the online retail on to the high street with massive success. The #Bottleshop created a social media frenzy upon opening and has become a franchise must have for landlords around the globe.

The first #Bottleshop kiosk opened in Westfield White City, London in early April 2012 and has since opened in Westfield Stratford, Bluewater, Mexico, Tokyo, Thailand, Taiwan, Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar and throughout the UAE.
