ABOUT

This is a film I created for my film-making college course.
It is a sequence for a fantasy/comedy film I wrote called Magic Midget, about a rivalry between two college guys from different courses and backgrounds; one, a Chinese chemistry student named Chen Suen, the other, a racist cockney jock who studies sport, named Spider Mann. Trapped in-between the confrontation is Lisa Stevenson, a politics student who lives with Chen and has a love relationship with Spider.
One day, Chen receives a job offer as part-time environmental officer at the university. Spider has also applied for it and is furious when he discovers the position has been filled, so he swears revenge.
Later, while visiting Lisa, Spider encounters Chen loading the washing machine with his laundry and sees this as an opportunity to kill Chen, by locking him in the machine. Does Chen survive
