This brief was literally to have fun! Lego had 6 new mini figures that they wanted to promote and Hello Charlie were told the projection surface was the two wash towers of Battersea Power Station and asked to come up with some creative concepts that were fun, engaging, relevant to the location (both london and the power station) and featuring 3 of the new mini figures. The agreed concept was to take BPS back to it's routes, and make a lego factory, adding quirks to the animation to add fun and charisma to both the factory and the mini figures. With a lot of CGI time and rendering, then a significant level of compositing to add the finishing touches, the end result was very well received by the client and punters on the night.
