An evaluation of the usability of The Guardian website
A recorded presentation that includes:
-An Expert Review using heuristics and a cognitive walkthrough that was carried out to access the site.
-Guerrilla Testing of key issues that arose in the expert review which then were funnelled down to review in the lab testing.
-Lab Testing which used A/B testing and variants of the website created using Axure.
-Recommendations and conclusions to improve the overall usability.
