HydraFacial is one of the world’s leading skincare treatment brands on a mission to help customers live confidently by improving their skin health.

The brand is growing rapidly in a number of markets across the globe and making a transition from B2B-led communications towards a B2C audience.

The brief was to strategically and creatively develop a suite of marketing communications assets designed to raise awareness of the brand and drive demand with end consumers throughout the EMEA region. We began by developing a strategic brand definition and proposition which formed the foundation of our marketing communications strategy.

Our creative team devised a campaign concept designed to help HydraFacial build brand awareness and tell its story about the key benefits of the treatment. Inspired by the concept of ‘Glowgetters’ we developed press and OOH advertisements, along with a range of social media content to support the campaign.
