Made in Shoreditch 29 years ago, The Crocodile has amassed a 25-strong team (26 if you include Otto the agency dog), yet we still remain rooted to our penthouse home overlooking Hoxton Square.
Our agency now consists of a talented bunch of brand designers, art directors, UX and UI designers, moving image specialists and writers, who work in perfect harmony alongside a gang of social, digital and content strategists, plus data and customer experience specialists.
The skills that we bring to the marketing mix means that one minute we could be working on an all hands-on deck 15-person pitch, and the next minute delivering award-winning digital, social, content and paid media campaigns for clients like Google, Standard Life, Zipcar, Renault Trucks, Dell Technology and London Stock Exchange. Don’t fret though, you’ll get a more than a minute on each!
And although we’ve been around this block for a while, we’re aware things change fast. Which is why we always keep a startup, and growth mentality. Meaning we’re a great platform for our team to develop their professional skills too – and grow with us.

1 We value great thinking – no matter who it is, whether you’ve been here for years, or if you’ve just arrived. A great idea is a great idea.
2 We care a lot about what we do – we feel that doing a great job and working that bit harder to make sure everything is right, is worth the effort.
3 We like to try new things – whether it’s broadcasting events on Facebook Live or pushing the boundaries of 3D modelling, if we think it works for a project, we’ll do it.
4 We’re up for a bit of fun – from treasure hunts around Shoreditch, to Pay Day Friday in the tallest Pub in London.
5 We try to mix things up – we’re open to lots of different things and feel it’s valuable for our team to be too.
