ABOUT

Created from the divestment of part of Babcock’s civil training business, Inspiro required a new brand to take the team and client base along on a new adventure as an stand-alone business. Delivering apprenticeships and technical training since 1993, their new journey as one of the largest independent work based providers in the UK required a fresh and approachable identity that shed some of the legacy formality associated with the larger corporate giant.

With a tight deadline we followed the tried and tested route from research, competitor analysis, naming strategy into brand creatives. The strapline of 'Imagine More' was created to talk to the internal and external audiences - acting as an instruction and a guiding principle.

Phase 1 deliverables included extensive guidelines and a suite of interchangeable assets, both photographic and illustrative, that could work together across a range of media to ensure the internal team could hit the ground running on day one. These were closely followed by working templates and branded assets to ensure touchpoints could reflect personality and tell a consistent brand story.
