This concept was born 7 years ago – like many creative ideas, it was allowed to gather dust. It was a nudge from on 'High' that ended my apathetic state..?

The Latin root of "congregation", is 'greg', meaning "flock," easily becomes 'congregare', meaning "to gather together" – this gathering of folk took on a divergent religious claim when 16th Century Protestants made it to refer to the church itself, then refining it to represent the members of The Way, Christian “believers”, followers of Jesus Christ, His flock – steeple people is my title for this fine art photographic collection. My desire is to capture an ecclesiastical tradition that may well be falling out of fashion globally...
