As part of an international rebranding and system migration, Alphabet Spain prepared for the deprecation of its existing showroom plugin.

The original module enabled vehicle listings with basic filtering capabilities. While functional, it lacked scalability, advanced segmentation logic, dynamic pricing capabilities, and deep CRM integration.

What initially started as a technical replacement quickly evolved into a long-term product transformation.

I was brought in to design the site defining the showroom experience, structuring vehicle data requirements, and translating business logic into a scalable UX system.
