Doug Waters is an established chef in his hometown of Tenby and has built himself a reputation for excellent food and is known for the high quality of the produce he sources from his local suppliers. He wanted a logo that illustrated the artisanship and individuality in each of his dishes, as well as depicting the arches at Tenby Castle, just down the road from his restaurant.
