For the last year I have been responsible for the Windsor store's interior layout. In they fast industry hope floor changes happen often and have to be executed to e premium standard. Working from companies KPI's I plan and design the shop floor space. The store has to flow with the each story making it easier for the customer to shop. Each week I review and monitor the figures and make commercial change to increase sales. Working with and training the crew to create the finished look.
