Cuidar de Si é Cuidar de Todos (Taking Care of Yourself is Taking Care of Everyone) is a public service announcement (PSA) campaign developed in 2020 in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The campaign aimed to promote public awareness and responsible behavior regarding hygiene practices and collective health.

This campaign was conceived as a multiplatform initiative and included several formats: a television spot, a radio spot featuring voice-over narration, and a series of printed materials (posters). All versions conveyed a consistent message focused on individual responsibility as a contribution to public health.

Additionally, both the internal reference material and the content that was ultimately disseminated were produced exclusively for informational purposes and do not pursue any commercial objective.

Note: This campaign, launched in 2020, was progressively adapted to the different phases of pandemic mitigation strategies. In the context of late 2021, characterized by high vaccination coverage and specific situations in which mask use was exempted, institutional communication began to reinforce the importance of maintaining preventive behaviours.
