•Coordinate and follow up amongst 5 suppliers in Turkey, Portugal, Italy, china and UK all production samples by issuing seasonal production work progress reports and log a report on all product delivery categories.
•Negotiating pricing with factories and creating cost templates on excel. This created a highly effective organisational filing system which was quick and thorough.
•Working with in house models for fit sessions, dressing mannequins and styling during Ted’s fashion show events
