The GamesIndustry.biz Best Places To Work Awards is the only event to celebrate employer excellence specifically for the video games industry. As a remote company, we were cautioned it’d be challenging to reach a winning score given the forms are tailored more towards employees than contractors – but we still won!
Since MLC was founded in 2017 our commitment to company culture has continuously evolved to ensure our studio is the best possible environment for our team. We know this is the foundation for delivering exceptional results to our clients. With a 98%+ team retention rate and an average talent tenure of 3.4 years, the numbers speak for themselves.
