Growth Summit

The Growth Summit Presentation was created for the “A Brighter Future Ahead for Greater Lincolnshire” event, where councillors, MPs, mayoral candidates, and business leaders gathered to explore the benefits of devolution, fairer funding, and long-term investment.

For this project, I was responsible for designing a presentation that could clearly communicate ambitious ideas; things like the plan for a Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority, the £720m investment over 30 years, and the necessary campaign for fairer funding.

To support these goals, I developed a clean, compelling visual framework:

Information was structured so that complex policy detail (e.g. funding figures, responsibilities transferred under devolution) could be understood at a glance.

Data visualisations and infographics helped show comparisons between rural vs urban funding shortfalls, projected benefits (e.g. flood protection, broadband access), and investment timelines.

The design used strong, confident typography combined with a colour palette that resonated with both civic authority and community spirit, giving the presentation gravitas but also approachability.

The final presentation design helped reinforce the message that this was not just policy talk, but a vision with local impact. Stakeholders could clearly see what’s changing, what’s at stake, and what support is needed especially the fairer funding campaign.
