ABOUT

Urbest, a Paris-based facility management software provider, was competing in a crowded European market with a product that worked—but without a clear brand meaning. The challenge was to elevate Urbest from “just a communication tool” into a strategic platform that solves a deeper industry problem: a fragmented ecosystem where owners, property managers, and service providers operate in disconnected workflows.
Our solution was a strategic rebrand that repositioned Urbest as “My Personal Troubleshooter”—a holistic digital ecosystem designed to make facility management feel simple, integrated, and effortless. This was achieved through:
A sharp positioning and brand essence (“Simplify Future”) rooted in research and built around integration—not features—so the brand speaks clearly to multiple stakeholder audiences across the FM value chain.
A high-clarity identity system grounded in design fundamentals—strong typography and hierarchy, structured layouts, geometric forms, vibrant color contrasts, scalable patterns, and visual weight control—translating “smart, user-centric technology” into a consistent brand experience across touchpoints (including a clean, structured website design).
