One-take shots have always had an undeniable allure to them - both to their creators and the audience. So we took this idea and ran - or rather sprinted - and created a dance piece which required impeccable timing on both the dancer and the production team's part. What you see here is the 17th take - no special effects, no camera trickery, just hours and hours of trial and error! The bespoke music was the foundation, and the director wanted something which was genre-less that would force the dancer to incorporate multiple types of dance into her choreography: physical theatre, hip hop, contemporary and ballet all blended into 60 seconds of mayhem.
