Baron Magazine is a publication about photography, fashion and luxury lifestyles. Tapestry had the chance to work alongside Baron Productions in 2019 on their second issue of BARONESS, a photographic storybook. We retouched all of the campaign images in order to create a romantic, 80’s Hollywood feel.

The second issue of BARONESS is a novel visualised by the artist Sarah Baker and special guest editor Donatella Versace. In 2019, it became the Versace Holiday campaign. The themes of love and lust are explored through two female leads, played by supermodel Helena Christensen and Baker herself. The campaign story follows the lives of five characters living the high life in Hollywood. Each scene is set with iconic Versace home decor and holiday-ready fashion.

There are a total of six chapters of The Versace Saga, which have been published on Youtube. The campaign images have also been used across a variety of platforms, including shop windows, on Versace’s website, social media channels and of course, published in the BARONESS book. This was a very exciting project to work on because of the complexity and quantity of shots Baron Magazine had produced.
