I have always worked on complex digital projects involving multicultural team and through my experience with international projects, I feel that I can make a valuable contribution to your position.

As per the job offer seen on Monster, the candidate should demonstrate excellent skills for keeping multiple, complex projects on track, on budget and on time. During the last 3 years, as a Project Manager, I've managed multiple and complex projects in Yahoo! France Editorial team, as EMEA websites launches, redesigns, platforms switches, partners' integrations... All those projects were often simultaneous, and always successfully delivered on time and on budget. To ensure the success of those projects, my ScrumMaster certification delivered by the ScrumAlliance was very helpful. This certification makes easier interactions with technical teams or project's stakeholders.

The candidate should also demonstrate capacity to achieve and maintain transformations all through a Project. Four years as a Sports producer in the Editorial team has greatly helpt me to better understand users' needs and to drive the team to move toward the best user experience. For example, I led the 2012 Olympics project in Europe involving many stakeholders around the world involving 20 engineers in India and a US marketing team during four months. I wrote functional specifications describing all sports and all featured pages. After validation of specs by all stakeholders and following all Agile and Scrums steps, the site was launched on time after multiple sprints. Olympic Games projects were a great team success, Yahoo/Eurosport sites were Number 1 in Europe.
