Working in partnership with UK Power Networks to deliver a new responsive website that will help households and property developers request new services and track and raise power outage issues. This four-year programme of work involves in depth digital service design, extensive prototyping and user testing. The site is being delivered on the Sitecore platform to AA accessibility standards and includes a number of useful customer tools, such as a power cut map, a power cut live tracker and easy-to-use dynamic forms.
