ABOUT

Ornate Florals is a collection designed for womenswear Spring/Summer 2020. I wanted the collection to have a really hand drawn, illustrative style to it and explore a variety of drawing styles throughout. Pulling inspiration from the Pre-Raphelite movement and the work of the Dutch Masters, I wanted to incorporate the luxurious richness of those paintings into my fabrics. Using natural materials I was able to create a collection of contemporary illustrative prints that are both sophisticated and fun, very much reflecting my point of view as a designer.
