The Collective is a pioneering initiative by a duo of executive coaches and business psychologists, designed to foster a community where leaders can share, learn, and grow in a supportive environment.

With a combined experience of 20-30 years in executive coaching and business psychology, the founders of The Collective have created a unique group coaching program that offers leaders a confidential and collaborative space for active learning. This program is specifically structured to enhance self-insight, overcome personal barriers, and facilitate collective evolution among leaders. Facilitated by two seasoned executive coaches, the program ensures personalized attention by limiting group size to six, enabling each leader to be fully heard and supported.

SuzeeStudio was entrusted with encapsulating this innovative concept into a visual identity that resonates with the ethos of The Collective. We crafted a logo that features a custom icon made up of complex shapes, symbolizing the multifaceted nature of individuals. These shapes vary to represent the diversity among leaders and the complexity of human characteristics, embodying traits from strength and confidence to vulnerability. Additionally, the inclusion of a quotation mark in the design underscores the importance of communication and dialogue within the community.
