About me
Suzi Barton, an Aviation and Tourism Lecturer, has also been a female bass guitarist for over 40 years, performing in pubs, cubs, hotels and cruise ships.
She has enjoyed writing from being a young girl, having had poems, articles and short stories published in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. Suzi has been happily married for forty-three years with two fabulous sons who are both happily married, three amazing Grandsons and a delightful Granddaughter.
Her life has been a series of ups and downs: As a compulsive "comper" she has won thousands of pounds worth of prizes including a car, but suffered immeasurable heartbreak with multiple miscarriages and the loss of her parents whilst still young. She maintains an amazing zest for life and a superb sense of humour.
