I focus heavily on research, analytics and metric tracking within my role as a UX Designer and Researcher, regularly interfacing with relevant teams throughout and presenting my findings to senior stakeholders, design teams, and developers.

That being said, all design work is cyclical – we are never done! Once a project was completed, it was my responsibility to track and evaluate its success or failure. I do this through a combination of metric tracking and analysis as well as user interviews. I make a point of keeping in touch with the user base throughout all project phases and will speak directly to users at least once a week.
