Prior to joining the IBM iX team, Susanne was Managing Director at Isobar (Dentsu Aegis). Before joining Isobar, Susanne spent 10 years with Omnicom and Critical Mass in Managing Director and executive client leadership roles, including a secondment to 180 Amsterdam (180 KINGSDAY).
