• Complete Redesign and Implementation of company logo and brand including theme:
-­ This work was and is used going forwards on all aspects from corporate to promotional materials via print and/or online
media.
-­ Due to company restructure, we have been working towards the company joining the Nasdaq, and as a result a new
corporate website was created for the sole purpose of providing vital corporate and shareholder information.
-­ Set as a template the new font and colour scheme to be used on various aspects such as corporate documents
-­ Created bespoke layouts and designs for promotional items such as company sector document folders, company
vehicles and building signs, banners, etc.
-­ Created new promotional items to be used for exhibitions which included document folders and leaflets, a lot of which
is done on a short notice basis. Some of this was customized as the company operated abroad (e.g. Dubai, Amsterdam)
so certain aspects had to be tailored to certain markets and target audiences while still achieving the goal. This involved
producing a bespoke template, which could be then customised as such.
-­ Newly designed exhibition materials such as new pull up banners and pop up stands. The key thing was to make it
visually attractive whilst also adhering to our new design theme whilst reaching target audiences
• Ongoing work includes:
-­ updating the company information on our promotional materials and on our corporate materials especially as the
company has grown and is relatively close to joining the Nasdaq. For example, new certifications or approvals or case
studies. This meant constantly updating corporate documents, stationary, business cards, presentations, exhibition
materials, various templates and more.
-­ Online Media, so all promotional and corporate materials were to be viewed online which meant customising and refining
the media so it could be downloaded as an eBrochure and other downloadable documents.
• IT Support, coupled with my own knowledge and qualifications and working alongside an offsite IT company:
-­ I maintain the exisiting office server whilst offering general office IT support for both hardware and software
-­ Dealt with email restrictions issues whilst also setting up a new company domain and Office 365 due to company
restructure meaning all old emails were migrated onto our new cloud based system.
-­ On moving new offices, I set up the new network with a new server, configured all printers and wi-fi, new phone system
and network .
-­ I sourced the IT company whilst also working within the budget specified and so some of this work was done in tandem
with the company whilst a vast majority was done myself.
-­ As part of the IT Support I was in charge of the design and implementation of a new CRM system, using the online
Salesforce software. The CRM was implemented as a Customer database with continuous activity logs, and which could
also be remotely updated via a mobile app by Company Engineers whilst out on appointments.
-­ The creation of online cloud based forms for specific data collection, using the online software Launchcloud. Forms are
built to a bespoke specification dependent on the data that needs to be collected. These forms can be completed
remotely by all Engineers whilst on appointments, and sent to a secure cloud storage, to be accessed by office staff.
• I have since created various links with other print companies and was the focal point for all marketing, media and IT.
