Reflect BSL is a Deaf-run organisation based in Leeds, providing services throughout Yorkshire. They are committed to ensuring Deaf people receive the highest standard of provision.

Reflect BSL offer a wide range of services to individuals and organisations to make them accessible to Deaf people. They have found engaging with the organisation and the deaf customer is the most efficient way of providing an excellent service for all. Offering choice to their customers is at the heart of everything they do.

Reflect BSL initially wanted to discuss updating their website. After lengthy discussions about their reasons for wanting to update the website it was clear that this alone would not be enough to achieve their goals.

The company needed to update its entire image and create a more consistent look across all of its marketing channels. Starting with a new logo, we moved on to branding all of their social media platforms followed by the design of an entirely new website.

The result is a more professional and consistent brand identity that will help attract the right types of clients and pave the way for the company to grow.
