My current works are always based on photos that I have taken and styled. My aim is to create the extreme version of what I'm trying to deal with, for me the most extreme approach to belief is that of a 'Cult' - so in essence I have created my own cult. I want to look at the idea of belief and the ceremonies within society that people participate in to show to themselves and others that there is meaning in the everyday. By creating my own cult, by imagining ceremonies, I can create a mirror to my own experiences of belief and identity.
