Concept
Urgent Action Fund provides vital, flexible support to women, trans and non-binary activists worldwide. They needed a website that reflected their bold mission—something modern, accessible, and easy to maintain—without losing the spirit of activism at the heart of their work.

Execution
We built a modular, mobile-first WordPress site designed for clarity, flexibility and speed. Inspired by protest visuals and editorial design, we used large typography, circular motifs and layered colour blocks to communicate strength and momentum. Accessibility and sustainability were central: we kept animations light, prioritised contrast and readability, and ensured a seamless experience across all devices. The backend allows UAF to easily update content themselves, empowering their team long-term.

Results
The finished site is bold, intuitive and responsive—supporting UAF’s mission while giving their global audience faster, clearer access to essential information. It’s a digital space built on the same values UAF stands for: equity, care and action.
