An architectural study of the House of Music, Budapest — Sou Fujimoto's landmark set in the green of the City Park.

The commission was to photograph the building as a single, continuous experience rather than a set of isolated details. The journey begins outside, beneath the undulating roof, where thousands of perforations scatter daylight across the canopy like leaves overhead. Glass walls dissolve the boundary between parkland and interior, drawing you in.

Inside, the story rises — sweeping curves, suspended acoustic canopies and a spiralling staircase pull the eye upward through light and sound. Each frame follows the architecture's own rhythm, revealing how concrete, glass and gold resolve into one unbroken experience where building and music become one.

Shot with a calm, considered eye — ambient light where possible, careful tilt-shift correction, and a respect for the architect's intent.
