The owner of Bathers Electrical Contractors wanted a modern identity that would work across a wide range of uses – polo shirts , vans, stationery and throughout their website. The brief was for one colour only for the identity.
I decided I wanted to keep a clear and contemporary feel that would work with the other colours associated with the electrical industry (mainly red), and used a light grey colour with simple circles and clear lettering in contrasting white. I feel this fulfilled the brief and would work with the current livery on their van fleet.
These also have the advantage of working on a sliding scale as they’re instantly recognizable no matter what size you want to use them thanks to the circles and sans serif typeface.
There are also examples of a polo shirt, stationery: letterhead and business card, advert, van graphics and calling card design.
