Challenge:

To help students to prepare for SAT and ACT.

Solution:

The mobile app for iOS platform was created, its interface designed, server architecture implemented, as well as API, and business logic of the service.
The project was developed on the base of a well-organized, powerful and up-to-date Symfony framework to allow real-time data transmission between the client and the server.
The main screen of the app was designed in the form of a control panel, where the user can find short information about complexity level, count of attempts left in online matches and timer till the next match.
The user profile stores statistics of each online test as well as the scale showing the number of points needed to jump to the next level. All completed tests are recorded in history, moreover, each test has explanations for answers while the questions comply with those of real SAT test and ACT test, providing an objective evaluation of knowledge and progress.

Result:

A state-of-art app was created to facilitate the preparation for SAT and ACTin the form of online competition.
