Illustrations for a children's book, these are part of a total of 48 illustrations. The book follows the adventures of 2 detectives and their 4-piece police squad, The Squad. The story takes place on an imaginary planet ruled by cats, who ended up there after humans made the earth unlivable. That world is of course inhabited by a whole pack of strange creatures.
The 32 large color illustrations tell the story in crowded plates, while 16 monochrome illustrations divide the book into 16 chapters. This gives a pleasant structure to the book and keeps it light.
