The Gut Co. is a wellness brand focused on improving physical and mental health through gut health. Originally built around the idea that “it’s what’s inside that counts,” the business had evolved — expanding its range, sharpening its commercial focus and defining a clearer ambition for growth. Its digital presence, however, no longer reflected this shift.
Working closely with the founders, I led a digital rebrand to realign the brand with its next stage. The goal was not to reinvent the brand, but to elevate it. The work focused on refining positioning, clarifying the narrative and building a more structured, scalable foundation across the customer experience. This included updated brand guidelines, a simplified product architecture and a conversion-led website designed to improve clarity, trust and decision-making.
A new visual language moved away from sterile clinical cues toward something more confident, human and grounded. Photography plays a central role, balancing credibility with relatability to strengthen emotional connection.
Alongside the digital experience, I developed a packaging system designed for both screen and shelf — built on clear hierarchy, structured product tiers and flexibility for future growth. Together, the rebrand repositioned The Gut Co. from a niche probiotic brand into a scalable, gut-first wellness platform.
