A start up company required a logo and branding and a website to promote the new business, a cycle park based at the 2012 Olympics mountain biking course in Hadleigh, Essex. They also hire out bikes to use on the various trails and offer bike training and maintenance.
After a meeting to get an idea of what was required I got to work on idea for the logo. I sketch out initial ideas with good old paper and pencil before coming up with some rough designs using Illustrator. I sent these to the client as a PDF proof. They chose and idea they likes and I refined it until they were happy with the finished logo.
Next came the website which I create using Wordpress. The client had a good idea of what they required in terms of pages and content. This required a few plugins to allow for the necessary specialist booking forms and also quite a bit of tweaking the CSS coding to allow the non standard menu to work.
