Stephen Allan has been MediaCom's Worldwide Chairman and CEO since August 2008. He has overseen a complete restructure of the network, expanded into content production as well as enhancing standards across the business.
Under his leadership, MediaCom has won numerous awards - 239 in 2016 alone - including Agency Network of the Year at the M&M Global Awards an unprecedented six times in the last eight years.
A key focus of his leadership has been on expanding and improving the ability to identify the connections and content that truly engage consumers.
The introduction of MediaCom's Content + Connections positioning in 2014 has seen a shift in the agency's core culture, empowering creative content across the whole system of touchpoints. This, together with the roll out of MediaCom Beyond Advertising - the agency's strategic content arm which now employs over 600 people globally - reflects the scale of Stephen's ambition and creative leadership.
