The client wanted a conference opener to celebrate site staff featuring the top-performing site staff in the world. With such short lead time and tight budget, we tasked the regional retail focal points to film their top performers professionally. We drafted a filming guide and key interview questions and allowed them 4 weeks to make/edit videos of each site staffer. We then created a compilation linking together themes that came up in each video (smiles, handshakes, waving to customer, hugs) to create a visual narrative. We found an excellent vocal track to drive emotion. At the event, people were in tears and it has received resoundingly positive response.
