Smyths had a major issue with theft on a particular toy losing £1000s every month. I came up with an idea to solve the issue. I created replacement cards for the products for customers to bring to the checkouts. This completely solved the issue and allowed customers to continue browsing the product but the company to keep the actual product out of the reach of theives. We implemented my idea and my Designs into our store succesfully before sending them company wide. there are now more than 100 stores across Europe that are using my designs and Idea.
