About me

During the past eight years I was involved in the running and organisation of a Limited Company within a partnership of four Directors.Within this role I worked as a Graphic Designer with the responsibility for completion of my own individual projects,as well as the day-to-day organisation required to run a small company.This has given me a great understanding of the importance of

good communication,both within the team I work and that of the working relationships with clients.I feel I have excellent interpersonal skills and have been given the opportunity to develop these further by producing work for many varied clients.

I have extensive working knowledge of various packages such as Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat,Illustrator and Quarkxpress as well as

email and web browser skills.

In undertaking work for various organisations I am used to building good relationships with clients and using my negotiating skills

to help them produce documentation of the highest standards,whilst meeting the client's needs and maintaining confidentiality. This has involved presenting information in a clear and concise format in situations such as Board Level meetings and question and answer sessions at the Nexus Awards on behalf of West Midlands Ambulance Service.I believe I am empathetic with the wishes of

the client,whilst being able to be persuasive in the direction of a different idea or concept,if this should help to develop their ideas and result in the image they wish to portray.
