About me

I am currently a production manager and graphic designer for a small company. My responsibilities include:

- Managing a small team involved in the design and print of various materials

- Designing materials for print, and for websites

- Training staff in graphic design and web design

- Job tracking, proof reading, file preparation for print

- Preparing invoices and liaison with customer / external suppliers

I have a large amount of experience of using the standard design packages (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), as well as the MS Office suite. I also have several years experience of designing and implementing websites, using Dreamweaver, MySQL/PHP and Access/ASP.

Over the last year I have also been studying part time for a MSc in Computer Science, and am hoping to move in a job that can utilise my growing IT skills. I am in the process of developing my Flash skills, coding in ActionScript 3.0.
