O2’s music sponsorship has played a key role in brand building, increasing penetration and loyalty of the UK audience. All experiences are accessed through Priority, the rewards program, which adds value to customers choosing O2 over other telcos. With the pandemic, O2 saw the opportunity to build an immersive activation in a digital venue to heighten the brand experience while the world, including their venues, were closed with a new partner, Epic Games.
