As Head of Design & Creative at Virgin Media O2, I lead a multidisciplined in-house team shaping bold, best-in-class, experience-led creative across everything from brand identity and high-profile experiences and spaces to unexpected moments of magic, pop-ups, social and retail.
With over a decade of experience across both agency and in-house environments, I specialise in translating strategy-driven concepts into immersive, real-world experiences and design, delivering work across the UK, Europe, South America and China. I'm passionate about creating disruptive, playful ideas at scale, while never losing the detail and craft that bring them to life.
