About me
I'm an Experience Director working across service design, research and digital experience strategy. Over the past 15 years I've helped organisations design connected experiences across complex systems, always with a focus on how people actually live, behave and make decisions.
As part of the Creativepool Jury, I'm excited to see work that pairs strong craft with real purpose - experiences that are engaging, inclusive and genuinely useful to the people they serve. Outside of work, I'm also a mother of two young children, so I have a soft spot for design that makes life just a little bit easier and joyful!
