ABOUT

'One in four people, like me, have a mental health problem. Many more people have a problem with that.'
- Stephen Fry

Depression and anxiety have a place in many peoples lives, this projects aim was to stop this from appearing, to give people a safer and happier state of mind before these mental struggles might begin in life; to stop depression before it even starts. The aim was to reach university students, people who for the first time become self reliant and are put out of their comfort zone surrounded by people they are unlikely to know. The idea is of a challenge, y using the language of young adults this piece creates humour and a challenge so that they are not alone. Initally they are given challenge cards they can hand out to friends before being given the opportunity to download the app where they can compete nationally and continue the 'banter' with friends. Each challenge requires two people so even if you don't chose to join in you're friends might give you the opportunity to become a part of a national challenge.
