ABOUT

Have designed an Apple associated restaurant – iBite, as a final major project for the Masters degree at the university.
The brief was to create an interior design in an existing building, develop a brand, produce a full set of architectural drawings, create presentation boards of the final design, power point presentation, scaled models, write a design development report, produce electrical plans and detailing drawings.

The statistical data of UK restaurant business is showing that the customers attendance has decreased during the past year, due to that the current trends have to be changed and modernised. In order to bring customer interest back to full-service restaurants have decided to combine technology with modern and yet unknown for most of the population in UK - molecular cuisine. Have designed a restaurant brand associated with the most profitable company worldwide- Apple (Statista,2015). Creating the brand association increases the target market, which are people from 18 to 60 years old - potential users of the Apple products and full-service restaurants customers.
