The brief of the project was to design a reception area with a Virtual Interface System (VIS), where the visitors will be able to make appointments and find the way around the office, also private meeting area for 2, informal break-out zone for visitors and office workers and a restroom for the visitors.
The company I chose is an International Internet company which operates the largest search engine in Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia - Yandex.

The brief stated that the reception can not be included in the lay-out, due to that have decided to show the directions through the graphic representations on the ceiling. The arrows lead to the office entrance and the informational zone, showing the news and trends from the web site.
Informal seating area shown on the bottom right was designed to add a break-out zone to the existing office. Have separated the informal seating from the rest of the reception with graphic elements and artificial grass flooring to allow Yandex team member to get away from the working environment during the break.
The colour scheme and the finishes were inspired from the graphic and web design used by the brand.
