The ThinkPad is part of the permanent collection at New York City’s MoMA. As Time magazine puts it, "few products are so iconic that their design remains largely unchanged after more than 20 years. Such is the case with the ThinkPad line of laptops" Lenovo wished to celebrate the launch of the ThinkPad X1 Carbon by looking back at it's design evolution, which we accomplished with a flip book and other collateral containing over 20 highly detailed illustrations created by Phi.Studio. The illustrations acted as an extension of David Hill's work (Vice President of Lenovo & Chief Design Officer) in his limited edition book for MoMA.
