Every year, the NHS loses money through falsely claimed free prescriptions. Obviously, they wanted to get some of this money back. So they planned to up the number of checks they did on claims. However, they knew that most people who were claiming weren’t doing so deliberately, they actually thought they were entitled.

In an effort to end the confusion, we worked with the NHS to launch a campaign that told people who could, and who couldn’t, claim free prescriptions, helping everyone avoid an unwanted penalty charge.
