As part of the Year of Engineering, we needed to encourage young people to get excited about everything a job in the field could offer.

We approached Marvel and pitched them an idea that could help inspire young people to view engineering in a new light. We wanted to show young children that engineers were real life super heroes, who used their skills, knowledge and fearlessness to tackle some of the biggest problems facing our planet.

Our aptitude test and accompanying “recruitment” campaign challenged kids to discover which super hero they were most like, and in turn, led them to see what kind of real life super hero they could become.
