I'm the Director of Audiences, Commercial & Digital at the V&A - the world's leading museum of art, design and performance - across the V&A's family of museums from London to Dundee and Shenzhen, China.
I lead the V&A's activity around brand and reputation, audience engagement, digital, front of house, and commercial and revenue-driving activities, online and in person. Departments include Marketing & Insights, Communications, Digital Media & Publishing, CRM & data, Retail, eCommerce, Brand licensing, Catering and the V&A's Visitor Experience teams.
